A new and intriguing exhibition at the Yama Gallery ― a meeting between art, place, and consciousness in the heart of Nahariya’s renewed public space.
The exhibition “Superstitions in Rebroadcasts” deals with the concepts of border, threshold, and transition ― as physical, emotional, and cognitive states within the contemporary Israeli reality.
It was created in collaboration with the art incubator, a place of Haifa museums, and presents works born from meetings between artists and residents of Shlomi and the conflict line, alongside works created right on the border line.
The Yama Gallery, which operates in the renewed central station of Nahariya, has in recent years become a lively and vibrant center of culture and art ― a place that connects local creators, artists from Israel and the world, and a diverse audience that meets art at eye level, in the heart of the city and in an open and accessible space for everyone.
You are invited to open the evening with thought-provoking art, conversations, meetings and a special atmosphere, alongside fine coffee, pastries and sandwiches from Cafe Yona which will be open throughout the event.
